June Mini Food Tasting Designs

This was the first event that I was able to fully handle the consistent design of promotions, as opposed to the May event.

Main Posters (Variation)

Firstly, I did several different compositions, typography, and titles with taglines to choose from. Some of those that weren't chosen were later used for future events instead. These designs were highly inspired by the arch frame, which I thought was a good way to complement the logo of the company.

Once approved, I began editing landscape versions of the poster to serve other promotional needs. I kept in mind that consistency is important to create a cohesive image for the event, so I retained the text sizes relative to the main poster.

Square Social Media Posts

Sticking with the arch frame inspiration, I applied it to the square layouts as well. I realized how redundant the red background is, that is why I added a photo background instead.

It nicely fits the arch theme, kind of resembling a mirror.

I also thought that an additional layout may be needed for posts that include text. Using the previous design, I enlarged it to give more space in the arch frame.

This is because being prepared for possible announcements is something that I learned to retain from previous events.

RSVP Invitation

This is a layout for contacting registrants and confirming their slots in the event. In hindsight, I should've limited my use of different fonts in this composition. While the style fits the content, it's important not to confuse the reader.

One way to do that is to clearly emphasize and distinguish the importance of each text. While I understood this and was able to apply it to other layouts, I see that it can still be overlooked.

QR Code Invitation (Variation)

This layout was intended to be displayed at the front desk to invite walk-in customers. I created several layouts to choose from, and I deduced that the decision was probably based on the size of the QR code, setting it apart from the main poster.
